Detail:	Withdrawal Procedures Transfer Policy If you wish to withdraw from an event and transfer to another event, please either email or fax a written notification of your intentions. PLEASE FOLLOW THE SUGGESTED METHOD BELOW Online Withdrawal 1. Go to the link “Withdraw/Transfer Form” located within your respective tour on the website www.juniorgolf.org. (it is on the left hand side). 2. Completely fill out the form including: name, email, players club id, event number(s) & event date(s) of withdrawal event number(s) & event date(s) of addition 3. Submit the form and you will be immediately notified that your withdrawal/transfer has been sent to GOLF. Your request will be complete when you receive a confirmation email from GOLF. Fax Withdrawal 1. Fax the GOLF (517-279-6124) office to withdrawal from the event. 2. Please include the following information in your fax. name, email, players club id, event number(s) & event date(s) of withdrawal event number(s) & event date(s) of addition 3. Your withdrawal/transfer will be complete when you receive a confirmation email from GOLF.
